Online Tutoring – A Way to Make Cash and Help Others

Do you have knowledge that you would like to share? Do you want extra money? If so, consider online tutoring. Whether you’re a current or retired educator or simply that loves sharing their knowledge with others, online tutoring might very well be a great way for you to make cash. Such companies like Brainfuse, Sylvan Online and others hire tutors every day. The hours are flexible and the hourly rate varies. However, most online tutors make between $8-$12 per hour.

Not bad right? I certainly don’t think so. Especially for doing fun work like helping students improve their scores. The process is typically like this, you submit your resume and application and then take a series of tests for those subjects you’re interested in. You may even have to undergo a background check as you’ll be typically dealing with young children.

If this sounds fun, I suggest you look into this incredible money making opportunity. Good luck.

Is Completing Offers A Scam?

I’ve been wanting to try the whole completing offer thing for a while now and since I actually had a bit of  extra time, I gave it a shot and here’s what I found out, it isn’t really a scam but it isn’t for me. Here’s why. I could make a lot more money doing other online activities like writing, blogging, affiliate marketing etc. However, I do see how some people could make money completing offers.

Here are some tips I learned:

Sign up with a reputable company. The ones I tried were Send Earnings, CashCrate and GangsterGreed and these were fine and actually paid.

Use a separate email address. If you use your regular email address, you will be sorry. Therefore, use a separate email address because you will receive spam mail.

Only sign up for free offers. Although the free offers don’t pay as much as the ones that you have to pay for, they are a bit less of a headache. With the paid ones, you have to remember to cancel or you will be charged. In addition, with the paid ones, you’ll need to use prepaid credit card.

Good luck.

How Are You Doing With Your New Years Resolutions?

Well, the month is coming to an end and I just wanted to chime in and  see how you are doing with your new year’s resolutions. By now, most people have given up on their quest to be financially free, skinner, healthier, a better spouse, whatever. If this is  you, I’m here to tell you that you absolutely can’t give up. Yes, keeping a resolution isn’t exactly easy but it is so worth the effort. If you’ve fallen off the bandwagon now is the time to get back on it. Now is the time to take control of that New Year’s Resolution and make it come true.

Take me for instance, one of my new years resolutions is to pay off 3 or more credit cards this year and I intend to stick to my goals. Yes, sometimes it seems like difficult task but I truly believe that if I stick to it, I can definitely make my goals a reality. How about you?

Tragedy Over Unemployment

I understand that unemployment and debt leads to frustration but what I can’t understand is how someone (Ervin Lupoe), a man who had a beautiful family could kill his entire family (wife, 5 kids and himself) simply because he lost his job.

I mean, yes, losing your job hurts and is very difficult to deal with but killing yourself and your family is not the answer. In my head, I try to figure out why he would do such a thing and then I just keep focusing on those poor innocent children who only wanted to live. Why, why, why do things like this happen?  This is the land of opportunity.

There are so many other things that you can do if you lose your job. You can find another one, get financial assistance to hold you over until you are able to make ends meet or simply borrow from friends and family. But to kill yourself and your entire family is just heart-wrenching and wrong.

My prayers go out to Ervin Lupoe’s family and I beg and plea that if any of you are going through anything similar,  please have faith and get help now. Dealing with unemployment is hard but burying someone you love and care about is so much harder.

Debt counsel

Published by kpcwriting under Debt Edit This

You can get debt counsel from a myriad of sources. I personally receive debt counsel from books, tapes, communicating with other financially secure people and myself. The difference between me and others is that I take debt counsel from others and combine it with my own knowledge to create my very own debt elimination plan. I don’t just rely on the knowledge of others. Instead I combine it with my own knowledge. After all, I know my financial situation better than most people. I know what financial advice will work best for me and my family.

On the other hand, some people rely exclusively on the counsel that they get from others. They don’t trust themselves to make good financial decisions. Well, I say learn but have faith in  yourself and your abilities. Know that you can use others financial advice to the best of your abilities however you alone know what action you should take with your finances.

Published by kpcwriting under Credit repair, Debt Edit This

If you’re in debt, you’ve got to fight for your rights. You’ve got to do everything in your power to get out of debt and one really great way to eliminate some of your debt is to negotiate with your creditors. In this article, I will provide you with tips for negotiating debt reduction. Are you ready, let’s get started.

  1. Know the amount of debt you owe. Before you can consolidate you have to figure out how much debt you owe and how much you can afford to pay each month.
  2. Contact your creditors. Next, you’ll need to contact your creditors and ask them to work out a debt settlement plan with you. Tell them the amount of money that you can pay each month and ask them to reduce your interest rate or perhaps knock off some of the principle.
  3. Once you get an agreement, you need to get everything in writing. This includes the payment terms as well as the length of the agreement.
  4. Pay everything as agreed. Pay your funds as agreed. Not only does this demonstrate good will but it also demonstrates good will, character, and commitment to getting your debt paid off.

In conclusion, by following the above tips for negotiating debt reduction, you can receive better payment terms and get your debt paid off quickly. Good luck.

How to Have a Debt Free Day

Published by kpcwriting under Debt Edit This

Having debt can be a stressful time, especially if you have so much that you feel like you are going over your head with bills.  It can be quite overwhelming, and it is not something that you want to spiral downhill into.  There are several ways that you can manage your money properly, and have a debt free day.  This will allow you to lower your stress.

Having a debt free day can relieve a lot of stress and frustration.  This is a day in your life where you spend no money.  While you may think that this is impossible to do, it is actually quite simple.  There are a few things that you may need to prepare and plan ahead of time, but it is possible to have a debt free day for once in your life.

The first thing that you will probably think of is how are you going to eat.  Take a look in your kitchen, and you will probably find that there are a lot of meals you can prepare with the food that you have around the house.  It is not necessary to eat out or even go to the grocery store for food, just eat what you have in your cupboards and use up the food you already have around the home.

Stay around the home.  You do not have to go out and about everyday.  It is a great way to spend quality time with the family.  You can cook meals together, eat together, and even play games together.  It will really make the family relationships stronger when you spend more time together around the home.

Don’t sit around the television all day, rather get some things done around the home that you have been meaning to do.  It may be organizing that closet, preparing for a garage sale, or even just sitting around having a conversation with the people you love and care for so much.  You can get a lot of things accomplished when you stay at home and not spend any money.

Keep in mind that you do not have to spend money to have a good day.  You will feel so much better about your financial situation and be more prepared to handle your financial status after your debt free day.  It is possible to have a debt free day, but it cannot happen all the time.  If you manage your money properly and limit the amount of debt, you can have a lot more debt free days in the near future.

Need Emergency Cash- Try This!

Published by kpcwriting under Debt Edit This

So, I needed some extra money this weekend to pay an unexpected bill and I really needed some ideas on how to generate some so I started asking a few friends and I got all kinds of goofy advice like sell some blood, donate some eggs, etc. Well,I went online and I found this one site that talked about how one could make 1000 a week in 3 weeks or less. I was like, “Yeah right.” but since it was only $11.99 I bought it and was pleasantly surprised as it didn’t  have a bunch of rehashed stuff like “ask a friend”.

In this book, the author, Mishaun Taylor, gives readers a proven plan that you can do to make1000 in 3 weeks or less. i implemented phase one of the plan and made 60.00 now before you laugh, this only took me 2 hours. Not bad, especially since I only needed 50.00 for my weekend emergency.

I am now on my way to complete all phases of the emergency cash plan and will let you know how it goes. So far, I give this book 5 stars. Check it out at www.emergencycashbiz.com.

Keys of Successful Small Business Owners

I read somewhere that 50% of all small businesses will succeed and the other half won’t. Why is this?  What is it that sets some small business owners apart from others who simply can’t make it work? Do they have a magic formula?  I think that they have certain success characteristics that propel them forward and guarantee that their businesses will suceeed. In essence, successful small business owners :

  • Are prepared to do it all. Owning your own business requires specific skills. Successful business people are knowledgeable about marketing, accounting, etc. In fact, many of them happily |complete mundane tasks as well as more specified tasks as well.
  • They think prosperity and not lack. They are committed to exceeding their financial income goals and realize that prosperity is coming to them as a reward for their effort.
  • They may have times of self doubt but they get past the doubt and take action.
  • Successful small business owners are innovative and are the driving force behind their momentum. They work hard to accomplish their goals and do what needs to be done to make things happen.
  • They are energetic, open minded and enjoy taking calculated risks.
  • They have a sense of confidence and strong self esteem without being arrogant.

Guess what you can buy for 3.7 million dollars?

Published by kpcwriting under In the News Edit This

Just when I thought I heard it all, someone does something that really baffles me. Apparent some girl is selling her virginity for 3.7 million bucks in order to pay for school and establish a firm financial foundation for herself and the bad thing about this that CNN considers this top news.

In fact, they are even plastering this bizarre story on their home page. I think this is absolutely absurd. What is our world coming too? Isn’t this just prostitution? What about morals, value and working hard to get ahead? I just don’t understand this people and I certainly don’t condone it. There are so many other ways to make money instead of selling yourself.

To me, this is truly a travesty and the fact that it is getting so much media attention is even crazier. What do you think prosperity seekers?
