Prosper Now with Good Health

The best form of prosperity that anyone can enjoy is good health. Dwell upon this fact for a few minutes and work with me as I try and make it a bit clearer for you. If you have good health then you feel good, you are able to do whatever you want to do physically, emotionally and mentally. You are indeed prosperous!  With this thought in mind, you are still able to do whatever you desire in life to become financially fit, are you with me?  On the other hand you could be a billionaire and not be together mentally, emotionally or physically and it wouldn’t mean a thing because you could not enjoy the cash. So be thankful for the prosperity that you now enjoy and keep working for the financial success that you desire and it come.

Business debt

Published by kpcwriting under Uncategorized Edit This

I just finished my taxes and I realized that not only am I in debt for my personal  business but I am also indebt for my business as well. This is really not acceptable at all. With this in mind, I have decided that I will not only work on getting out of my personal debt  but I will work diligently to get out of business debt as well. If you find yourself in the same predicament that I am in, you may want to view my plan for getting out of business debt. Here goes:

1.    Once I have $1000 saved up for business emergencies, I will apply the debt snowball to my business debt as well as my personal debt.  Once my emergency fund is in place, I will set up these payments automatically.

2.    I will not charge up any more business expenses. If I can’t pay cash for it then I won’t be buying it, plain and simple.

3.    Any extra money that I receive will be used to pay off my business and personal debt.

4.    I will shop smart and always use comparative shopping for business and personal needs.

5.    I will not give up hope. I will get out of this financial mess that I’m in one step at a time.

Tax Tips - Cutting Expenses 101

So, I’m in the process of doing my taxes and I just realized that doing one’s taxes is a great time to reflect on last year’s past decisions and see ways to improve. For instance, my business is internet marketing and I am really improving each and every year. Well, looking at my expenses for last year, I realized that I really have to cut back on my business expenses. For instance, there is no need to hire a web designer when I could use blogger.com to make my niche sites myself. In addition, there is no need to hire an administrative assistant when I could quickly take care of things myself. In fact, these services are just a waste of my money.

So, my goal is to cut my expenses in half and watch my profits soar. 2009 is truly going to be my best business year ever. I can’t wait and am very excited about my future. What are your business goals and how are you planning on cutting expenses this year?

Turning Discouragement into Inspiration

Today, I started thinking about all my family’s debt and I got a little bit discouraged. I started playing the “what if” game. You know the one where you think about what if I hadn’t bought x, what if I hadn’t chosen this career, etc. Well, I soon realized that this was a self defeating pattern and that it was not helping my financial situation at all. In fact, it was only making the situation worse so I stopped – midstream. I stopped feeling discouraged and focused on the progress I had made.

I reflected on the fact that I am making smarter financial decisions every single day. That I have a business plan for the first time in years and that I am loving my life. I then felt inspired and not discouraged at all because I saw that my life was getting better and better every single day and that I am in control of my financial situation and it is not in control of me. What a blessing. Now, I sing, “Oh Happy Day” instead of “Woe me.”

Happy Valentine’s Day to You

Hey guys, Happy Valentine’s Day. I sure hope that you are and your sweetie have plans to enjoy today’s most romantic day of the year. If you’re on a budget, as most prosperity seekers are these days, I have a bit of advice on how you can make this Valentine’s Day special without spending a boatload of cash. Are you ready? Let’s begin.

<!   Cook dinner at home. Fix your sweetie their favorite dinner. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy like lobster or steak. Instead, a nice bowl of chili served in heart shaped bowls garnished with cheese and sour cream can be very romantic indeed.

<!    Forget roses. Roses are so out and quite expensive indeed. Instead, buy your sweetie a potted plant that you hand paint yourself. Not only will this save you money but it will add a bit of sentimental value.

<!    Make your own card. Write a special poem or letter with your mate telling them how much you love and care about them. Really speak from your heart and let them know that you love them so very much. This will certainly warm their hearts.

In conclusion, it doesn’t take a lot of money to make Valentine’s Day special. All it takes is a bit of creativity and you can certainly warm your loved one’s heart and show how much they are loved. Happy Valentine’s Day.

Cash4Gold Not a Scam

A few weeks ago, I posted a message about Cash4Gold as being a good way to make some extra money online and you know what, I stand by my initial post. In case you don’t know, Cash4Gold is a refinery that purchases unwanted  gold for cash. The process is fairly easy to use. You visit their website and order your Gold Miner Pack, they send it to you and you send the items back in an insured envelope (you’re insured for up to 100 – just make sure that you have proof that you sent it in). I personally suggest taking a picture of yourself at the mailbox dropping it in the box.

Anyway, I did this – sent in a few mismatched earrings and a gold ring and I got $59. Not  bad for stuff that was sitting in my jewelry box. I then took that $59 and hired a designer to build me a blog, monetized it that is averaging about a buck a day already.  I do believe this will pick up once I start advertising it heavily. Not bad investment, right?

So, I suggest that you give Cash4Gold a try if you want some fast cash.

All about Credit Counseling

Published by kpcwriting under Credit repair Edit This

Credit counseling helps you to lower your monthly payments through a payment plan that fits into your current budget. Credit counseling will help you to meet the minimum monthly payments on your debt, while still allowing you to remain inside your budget. This is a very common alternative for people who do not qualify for a consolidation loan. With  a debt payment plan, you make one payment each month that typically is lower than your current payment. It provides you with an “expected” timeline to follow in eliminating your debt. This alternative typically can cut your bills by 30% or more, so if you are behind in your bills or are severely in debt, this option may be for you.I personally know several people that have successfully used credit counseling firms to develop a debt payment plan. If you decide to go this route, only deal with legitimate companies that have been around for a while and have reasonable fees. Make sure that they evaluate all of your debts and create a debt payment plan that works for your unique financial situation. This way you can be assured that the money you send them will actually be used to pay down your debt. Good luck!

Debt Consolidation

Published by kpcwriting under Debt Edit This

Debt consolidation can mean many different things. When considering your options, remember to keep your own best interest at heart. The general rule in debt consolidation is that the more you are concerned about your credit, the longer it will take and the more it will cost to consolidate as lenders tend to shy away from lending money to people with bad credit. However, you can get out of debt much more quickly through consolidation than through other means. Therefore, it is definitely worth a shot. Just remember when searching for a debt consolidation loan that you only work with a reputable lender and that you only seek the absolute lowest interest rate that you can find. This will keep your payments safe and save you thousands of dollars in interest. You can then use the funds to pay off high interest credit card debt, student loans, and more. Good luck!
